Daily Dose of Japan #5 - Minowa

Last week, I went for a short walk around my neighborhood. It was 5 PM, just after work, and the sun wouldn’t set until around 6:30 PM, perfect timing to catch the beautiful golden hour light.

I walked for only about 30 minutes, snapping photos and occasionally taking videos. Even though I’ve visited this area numerous times for photography, it still gives me a different feeling each time. Same place, but always new vibes.

It might be a bit late to realize, but I’m really grateful to live in a neighborhood with so many photo spots. I’ve been living here for five years, but it’s only in the past year that I started to see how photogenic it actually is.

All the photos were taken using my Sony a7C II and the 40mm f2.5 lens, then edited with my Urban Tokyo Presets.
