1. Session Duration & Inclusions

• Each session includes a fixed shooting duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes), depending on the package selected.

• The number of edited photos and delivery time varies by package and is stated clearly at the time of booking.

• Minor travel between nearby locations is included for Classic and Storytelling sessions (as applicable).

2. Location

• Sessions are held within Tokyo unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• The meeting point will be confirmed after booking.

• Travel outside the Tokyo area (e.g., day trips) may incur an additional fee and must be discussed prior to booking.

3. Participants

• All standard packages include up to 4 people.

• An additional fee of ¥7,000 / $50 per person applies for extra participants.

• Please inform in advance if you plan to include more than 4 people.

• Children under 3 years old are not counted toward the participant limit.

4. Payment & Rescheduling

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours before the shoot.

• Cancellations made:

  • More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund of deposit

  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of deposit

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

5. Weather & Force Majeure

• In case of rain or extreme weather, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

• You will be notified by 6:00 AM on the day of the session in case of weather-related changes.

• In the event of unforeseen illness or emergencies (client or photographer), the session will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

6. Deliverables

• You will receive the number of edited, high-resolution images included in your package.

• Delivery is made via a private online gallery or secure cloud link.

• Delivery timeline:

  • Quick: within 2 days

  • Classic: within 3–4 days

  • Storytelling: within 4–5 days

  • Day Trip: within 7 days

• Download links remain available for 30 days after delivery.

7. Image Rights & Usage

• You may use the photos for personal use (social media, print, gifts, etc.).

• Commercial use (e.g., brand photos, product promotion, ads) must be discussed in advance and may require a different license.

• I (the photographer) retain the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

• If you prefer to keep your images private, please let me know before the session.

8. Client Responsibility

• Please arrive on time. Delays will reduce your total shooting time.

• Bring any props, outfit changes, or accessories you’d like to include.

• No outfit changes are allowed during the 30-minute session. One change is possible for 60 or 90-minute sessions if time allows.

9. Day Trip Add-ons

• Travel, driver, tolls, and other related logistics are included in the package price.

• Meals and attraction entrance fees are not included unless specified.

• Day Trip packages are non-refundable due to advance arrangements (e.g., car rental, driver reservation).
