Booking Policy

1. Session Details

Each session includes a fixed shooting time (30, or 60 minutes), depending on your selected package. The number of edited photos and delivery time follow the package details shown at booking. For longer sessions, we may move between nearby locations if time allows.

2. Location

Sessions take place within Tokyo unless arranged in advance. Your meeting point will be confirmed after booking. Travel outside Tokyo (e.g., day trips) may require an additional fee and prior discussion.

3. Participants

All sessions include up to 4 people. Additional participants: ¥7,000 / $50 per person. Children under 3 years old are not counted. Please inform me in advance if your group is larger than 4.

4. Payment & Rescheduling

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the session.

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before: full refund of deposit

  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: non-refundable

5. Weather & Unexpected Situations

If weather conditions are not suitable (rain, strong wind), your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost. You will be notified by 6:00 AM on the day if changes are needed. In case of illness or emergencies (either side), we will reschedule or arrange a refund where appropriate.

6. Photo Delivery

You will receive professionally edited, high-resolution images based on your selected package. Photos are delivered via a private online gallery or secure download link. Download links remain active for 30 days.

7. Image Usage

Photos are for personal use (social media, print, personal projects). For commercial use (branding, advertising, etc.), please discuss in advance. I may use selected images for portfolio and promotion. If you prefer privacy, please let me know before the session.

8. Session Guidelines

Please arrive on time — delays will reduce your shooting time. Feel free to bring outfits, props, or accessories.

Outfit changes:

  • 30-minute session: not available

  • 60-minute sessions: 1 change possible (time permitting)

9. Day Trip Sessions

Day Trip packages include transportation, driver, tolls, and basic logistics. Meals and entrance fees are not included unless stated. Due to advance arrangements, Day Trip sessions are non-refundable
